LJ5 Series:Micro-denier wiper

The microfiber material which is made from Dacron and Nylon with a proportion of 7 : 3 displays a structure similar to orange petals. Its surface produces tiny hairs touching as powers. Such products are mainly used to wipe the mirrors of LCE apparatuses and super mirrors. |
| Description of Characteristics: |
- The cloth which be made from island style fiber with No.80-110 under the strictly control of missing-knitting , wrong-knitting .
- The strictly cleanliness control and the excellent refine in the cloth arrangement lead to the high absorbency and anti-static.
- Using the excellent seal-edge technology, laser cut , ultrasonic cut and hot cut, many kinds chosen to prevent the release of fibers and particles.
- Laundered in 18MΩ EDI water and with the advanced clean machine to enable best cleanliness.
- The whole process is cleanroom laundered and packaged.
- LJ 501 is especially used in LCE , Micro-electronics and can also made for all kinds of roll wipers.
- With the excellent abrasion, the typical application of LJ502 is for cleaning of media disk.

| The wiping methods are listed as below: |
1. Multi-shaving effect: LJ5 series wiper is constructed from hundreds of island style fibers , compared with the general fiber , thick and individual, this wiper has more muti-shaving effect.
2. Ide-contact effect
Because the general fiber is always thick and strong bending strength, the area attached by float point is very small , while island style fiber follows the feature of natural silk, soft and weak bending strength, so this kind has the excellent wipe effect, because of the ide-contact .
3. Inner-trap effect
As the cleanroom wiper is constructed from island style fiber, when wiping rough surfaces, the dirty will be removed through the fiber's capillary in the appearance of Inner-trap effect. In this way, the dirty will not leave on the surface of cleanroom wipers and cause any damage to precision products. |
